Telzio's mobile application enables users to connect their business phone number with their mobile device. The features of Telzio's app include:
- Voice calling and text messaging using the business phone number
- The ability to transfer live calls to any user or external phone number
- Displaying the business phone number as Caller ID
- Making and receiving calls over WiFi or the cellular network
- Accessing voicemails within the app, distinct from cellular voicemails
- Managing greetings and call handling preferences directly from the mobile phone
